DetailsPalak paneer is a spinach dish made with a combination of leafy spinach and paneer (homemade cottage cheese). Garlic, ginger, onion are sautéed in a pan. Cumin, coriander, tumeric powder and some spices are added with a desired amount of sour cream. Spinach is until well cooked. The dish is removed from the heat. Once cooled it is mixed in a blender with our chef’s special tomato based sauce until pureed. In a medium frying pan, paneer is fried in light oil until brown and the spinach puree is added with some spices, desired amount of cream and is cooked for 10 minutes.
Spice Level:Customers generally preferred Palak Paneer dish Medium heat. Kids love it mild and upon special request we can also make it Hot or Extra hot.
